Interpret carefully
Pixels cannot review a paper.
Edge-contact and contrast findings are heuristics, not publication rules. A full-bleed microscopy image may correctly touch every edge; a low-contrast uncertainty field may be intentional.
This tool cannot detect misleading axes, fabricated data, wrong units, inaccessible colour semantics, or whether a diagram’s arrows match the method. Those still require a human reading the figure in context.
